  1. Ability to change skins.

I love the clean, cool look of Nirvana. Would love to change out of that black background, which I find depressing. thanks!

  2. Create a Tomorrow List to combine "Do it tomorrow" with GTD

The two time management methodologies that I have found make sense to me are GTD and Mark Forster's Do it Tomorrow. I have been using GTDNext since IQtell went belly up and I find it invaluable but I have been trying to incorporate the DIT methodology with tricks (tags, etc) without much success.
I assume it would not be very difficult to create a Tomorrow list, similar to the Today list. At midnight, generate any scheduled task on that list the day before the task is due. Before that, move the previous Tomorrow tasks to the Today list.
    This will…

I’m aware of Mark’s Do it Tomorrow system. We have thought about adding a tomorrow feature, but have not committed to it yet. In the mean time, have you considered using the scheduled feature? When planning the night before, mark items as scheduled for the next day. They will then show up in the today view. Thanks for suggesting the feature.

  3. Show number of items in each category under 'Lists' in left pane

In the left pane, we have a number next to 'Next Actions', 'Today' and 'Focus', showing how many items are in that category. Is it possible to have this done for the categories under 'Lists'? eg 'Inbox' (to be able to see at a quick glance that we have items to process), 'Scheduled', 'Waiting', 'Someday'. Thanks.

  4. improve the printing options

I like to print hard copies to work with lists.
    powerful list printing features would be great especially;
    1. weekly calendar
    2. tasks list
    3. email the list

and ability to tick off the list
manual list printing is a greater priority for me over phone usage of apps as i prefer to just have a 1 page list and not rely on phone or distractions or mucking around on the phone

  5. Automatically move repeating instances to Today's tasks when the day comes

Repeating tasks (daily, weekly...) are showing into next action when their scheduled day comes. Shouldn't they show directly in "Today", especially if those are scheduled daily? If it's to avoid clutter, maybe show them with a different style or in a distinct part of the "Today" list?

  6. Add the ability to enter a time of day a task is due as well as duration.

This will make it great when you build a calendar integration so I can better plan out my day. This will also make it better for notifications to arrive on a timely manner when a android app becomes available.

  7. System should have its own calendar (day, week and moth view)

System should have its own calendar (day, week and moth view), user can create calendar events with time interval. reminder.
system provide the option to let calendar show events or tasks or both.

It will be a great plus for the app.

  9. Tie GTD to a calendar system so you can see your day and week and month

Google Calendar and GQs work together. GTD is superior to GQs but GTD needs a calendar system so that we can see a day, a week a month, etc at a time. We should be able to input items either when we are looking at the calendar or in GTD and have items show up in both places.

  12. Expand Recurring Events Options

Include option to schedule recurring events on DAY of month in addition to DATE of month. For example: every 1st Saturday.

  14. Allow users to assign colors to projects and/or areas

This allows for quicker recognition of items when viewing all projects & actions. (Todoist, ticktick, etc. provide an option like this!)

  16. add team collaboration option

to use GTDnext as a team tool would be fantastic, think you could pick up a lot of business users, assigning tasks and projects which are then automatically moved to the waiting for list would be the ultimate but could live with manually doing this if I had to too

  17. Enter dates a la ToDoIst

Make entering dates easier -- a la ToDoist
I can make scheduling to ToDoist super easy: "Task name", tab (which brings my to date), "today" or "tomorrow" or "Monday" or "next week". I never have to touch my mouse or use slashes or hyphens. It's so easy to get items into ToDoist. I like GTDnext for other features, but dates can be improved

  18. Easier entry in areas with no items

The outline view of GTDNext, that is so great, is all about simply pressing Enter and typing away.

But if I filter into an Area that are currently not containing any items, I cannot add a task directly, but have to shift to another view first and add at least one item, open the right pane and select the area from the dropdown. This is slow.

Ideally I could simply select an area, press Enter and start rolling.

    September 2018:

This month we completed a new feature that is key to creating a mobile app.

The ability to use GTDNext without an internet connection.

For now we are focusing on making the mobile web experience top notch, but adding offline is a key for eventually doing mobile.

If you have not seen our mobile web experience it is getting quote good. Check it out here: https://youtu.be/Ew8F6lCrcZs It’s not as good as having a native app. But it’s usable for quickly checking on errands and adding items while on the go.

  20. Templates & Copy Projects

Where I have a number of projects which are identical but for different clients it would be useful to be able to create a template which I can then copy or at least be able to copy an existing project and re-name it.

For each project there are 20(ish) standard steps and its quite time consuming to enter these individually for the number of projects I have on the go.

I imagine this would be relatively straightforward to implement?
