Accounts and Plans FAQ

  • The below FAQ provides information on how these subscriptions will function.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We can only accept payments online.
  • How much does Premium cost?

  • Do you accept multiple currencies?

    GTDNext charges in USD only. If your credit card is in another currency, your credit card company will handle the exchange to your local currency automatically, and the converted amount will appear on your credit card statement. We may offer other currencies in the future, but not at this time.
  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

  • GTDNext is a pay-as-you-go service.   If you opt for a paid "premium" plan, you'll simply pay month-to-month or year-to-year (at a discounted rate) -- your choice. Payments are forward looking, in that you will be pre-paying for access to the service for the next month or year based on the billing cycle you choose. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
  • Can I change plans after I sign up?

    Yes,  you can change your plan or billing cycle at any time. Contact us via support to change plans from premium back to basic.
  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    Yes, of course.  We offer a 30-day refund for both our monthly and yearly plans.  You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support.  

  • How long does it take to get access to premium features?
  • It's immediate, or close to it. Once you pay you will have upgraded features like unlimited items immediately.

How do I delete my account?
Go to the "Cog" in the upper right of the app and click it and choose "Account".  On the account page click the checkbox by "I want to deleted my account".  Then confirm.  Warning - We will not be able to restore your account once it is deleted.  Note:  Deleting your account does not automatically stop your subscription.  Please contact support to stop your subscription if you delete your account. 

Where can I see my subscription information?
Click the gear icon in the top right of application and click accounts to see your account status, payment history and active subscriptions.

Can I get an invoice?
Sure, we don't send those automatically.  If you need one please contact support and we will send you an invoice right away,
