What do the buttons do?

At the top of the Projects and Actions view, you will see the below buttons.  



Here is what the buttons do:
  1. Active Filter:   View only Active items.  This hides all items that are not of type "active".
  2. Due Filter:  This filters your list to show only item items with due dates.
  3. Focus Filter:  This filters your list to show only items marked with focus mark.
  4. Completed Filter:  This is toggles showing completed items or hiding completed items
  5. Open Outline: This icon opens all the projects in your view
  6. Close Outline: this icon closes all outline items in the current view.
