Is there a separate request for a General Purpose Notebook in GTDNext?

I've got GTD implemented in a generic outliner tool (and I've previously done it using Evernote too) because I can always keep all my reference material there too!

I realise there's a philosophy of "do one thing and to it well" so GTDNext's answer might be "use GDocs/Evernote/etc" for you reference material but I think Reference material is a core concept of GTD. And personally I don't want stuff all over the net with a dozen tabs open and I want to keep my tagging and organisation system consistent so I like to have my Notes with Projects and Actions in the same system.

    Thanks,
