Notes Editor Shortcut Keys
The following shortcuts are available when editing text in the notes section of GTDNext
Ctrl + E or ⌘ Cmd + E
Shows the WYSIWYG HTML editor
Ctrl + A or ⌘ Cmd + A
Selects all text in the editable area of the Rich Text Editor.
Ctrl + B or ⌘ Cmd + B
Same effect as clicking on the Bold button in the WYSIWYG HTML editor.
Ctrl + I or ⌘ Cmd + I
Same effect as clicking on the Itallic button in the WYSIWYG HTML editor.
Ctrl + U or ⌘ Cmd + U
Same effect as clicking on the Underline button in the WYSIWYG HTML editor.
Ctrl + S or ⌘ Cmd + S
Same effect as clicking on the Strikethrough button in the WYSIWYG HTML editor.
Ctrl + K or ⌘ Cmd + K
Makes the current selection a link.
Ctrl + ] or ⌘ Cmd + ]
Indents the current paragraph.
Ctrl + [ or ⌘ Cmd + [
Outdents the current paragraph.

You can either use the natural Tab key behavior or indent with four (4) spaces.
Ctrl + H or ⌘ Cmd + H
Shows the HTML code. Same effect as clicking on theShow HTML button.
Ctrl + 0 or ⌘ Cmd + 0
Removes all tags around the current paragraph and keeps only the inner HTML. Same effect as selecting Normal from theFormat Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + 1 or ⌘ Cmd + 1
Changes the current paragraph into heading 1. Same effect as selecting Heading 1 from the Format Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + 2 or ⌘ Cmd + 2
Changes the current paragraph into heading 2. Same effect as selecting Heading 2 from the Format Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + 3 or ⌘ Cmd + 3
Changes the current paragraph into heading 3. Same effect as selecting Heading 3 from the Format Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + 4 or ⌘ Cmd + 4
Changes the current paragraph into heading 4. Same effect as selecting Heading 4 from the Format Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + 5 or ⌘ Cmd + 5
Changes the current paragraph into heading 5. Same effect as selecting Heading 5 from the Format Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + 6 or ⌘ Cmd + 6
Changes the current paragraph into heading 6. Same effect as selecting Heading 6 from the Format Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + \" or ⌘ Cmd + \"
Changes the current paragraph into blockquote. Same effect as selecting Blockquote from the Format Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + \ or ⌘ Cmd + \
Changes the current paragraph into code paragraph. Same effect as selecting Code from the Format Block dropdown inside the rich text editor's toolabr.
Ctrl + Z or ⌘ Cmd + Z
Same effect as clicking on the Undo button in the WYSIWYG HTML editor.
Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + Z or ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift + Z
Same effect as clicking on the Redo button in the WYSIWYG HTML editor.
